Hi, my name is Melissa and I am a qualified Health Exercise Lifestyle Professional. I specialise in Weight Loss for Busy Women - helping you gain that flat tummy, toned arms, sexy legs and shed those uncomfortable kilos.
Living in West Auckland and after been in the working professional world for over 12 years, I understand how hard it can be to balance work and fitness without taking away from your valuable personal time. So after some revision of my career path, I decided to use my passion for fitness and helping people to create my ideal career.
Now I get to spend my days helping & motivating women to lose weight and create the woman they have always wanted to be. I show women how simple lifestyles changes and effective short workouts can get them results without hours at the gym. I love seeing the amazing results they achieve & being there to share the journey with them.

Most fitness professionals use the term Personal Trainer, I use the title Health Exercise Lifestyle Professional as I not only help women with their fitness training but also with nutrition, lifestyle changes etc to help them get the ultimate results. Would you pick someone to train with once a week only? Or would you pick someone to train with, motivate you, encourage you and guide you to the lifestyle & body you desire?
You current habits got you to the point you are at today, I like to motivate & guide women to build habits that will achieve a healthy lifestyle & toned confident new body (without taking away those pleasure foods they love).
Where are the 1on1 & group sessions held?
Our 1on1 sessions & group sessions are held at our boutique studio located at 11a Sumich Place, West Harbour. It gives you the space away from your busy life to break away and focus on you. We have created a great little environment for your comfort and to call this space your own, your home away from home where you are number one.
Does Boxing Fitness involve physical contact like boxing in a ring?
NO! This is a friendly non-violent workout that is using boxing techniques without the physical contact to your head/body. We use focus pads & boxing gloves to ensure you get the ultimate workout with the safest equipment available. This is a great cardio and strength workout, also a great way to release that stress after your hectic day of work/life.
What if I am an absolute beginner?
No worries at all. Each session (wither 1on1 or group) is personalised to you. I will show you the techniques you need to start and help you to progress week to week, helping you get stronger and more confident with each exercise. No experience at all is needed. Just the determination and motivation to get started on your journey to the body you love!
Are there private options available?
Maybe you don't feel fit enough, co-ordinated enough or just simply don't want to be in a group session.... There is options for 1on1 sessions from once a week to 3 times a week, giving you plenty of accountability but with an option that makes you feel more comfortable and supported. Each package is tailored to your goals, your needs, your life, your comfort and your budget too. Private 1on1 training is about you and for you - so the tailored packages fit perfectly for this.
