Boxing for fitness is such an amazing form of exercise for all fitness/skill levels. It is a total body workout, and balanced with functional moves & exercises, giving you the most effective results while having fun too! It’s pretty addicitve too!
We run several private group sessions per week in our held at our Private Fitness Studio in west harbour. Group sizes are limited to 5 ladies per session to ensure you get a more personalised workout.
Each session is put together to ensure that wither you are a novice or been doing boxfit for 2yrs+ that you can set your pace & skill without feeling like you are getting left behind or lost in big group numbers.
Your 30min workout includes warm up, workout & stretch to finish. We like to have fun so rock out each set to a pre-choosen song making it easy to stay at a pace that suits your fitness level. All equipment is provided for your safety and is included in the session price.
Most of all I want to ensure you get the hands on attention you need to feel motivated, encouraged and most of all feel part of the FitFab team.
