WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR 8 WEEK CHALLENGE:
1. GET SET FOR SUCCESS
Together we will get you prepared for the challenge with Personalised Goal Setting, Fitness Testing, Measurements and Photos.
I know this can feel a bit scary, don’t freak out though as I will be right there to help you with this.
We will catch up 1on1 in person and spend an hour together to do this first step together and get your ready to create your results.
2. GET YOU MOVING
Over the 8 week challenge, you will have access to 3 Private Group Sessions each week
PLUS I will send your own copy of my ‘Get Moving At Home’ Ebook filled with workouts to complete between sessions.
It’s ok, you don’t need any equipment for this. Like I said before, this next 8 weeks is about simple steps that will
help you be able to stick to & create results rather than add hassle in your busy schedule.
