Mel is an great trainer, I attended her box fit classes twice a week and they were amazing! I was super nervous to start, but the environment is so comfortable and accepting.
What attracted me to the class in the beginning was the fact that it was all ladies with health, fitness, and/or weight-loss in mind. When i started i had no upper body strength at all and after finishing i am relatively strong and i now have an absolute love for boxing. I unfortunately moved cites so i can no longer attend but i encourage you to go and see her!
