Hi, my name is Melissa and I am a qualified Health Exercise Lifestyle Professional.  I specialise in Weight Loss for Busy Women - helping you gain that flat tummy, toned arms, sexy legs and shed those uncomfortable kilos. 

Living in West Auckland and after been in the working professional world for over 10 years, I understand how hard it can be to balance work and fitness without taking away from your valuable personal time.  So after some revision of my career path, I decided to use my passion for fitness and helping people to create my ideal career.

Now I get to spend my days helping & motivating women to lose weight and create the woman they have always wanted to be.  I show women how simple lifestyles changes and effective short workouts can get them results without hours at the gym.  I love seeing the amazing results they achieve & being there to share the journey with them.
