1:1 Coaching – Just You & Me

Tailored support that meets you exactly where you’re at. These sessions are all about YOU — your goals, your lifestyle, your timeframes. Whether it's movement, mindset, nutrition, injury recovery, postpartum care, or simply needing someone in your corner to help you reset, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Membership options start from $80 per week.

Small Group Sessions – Stronger Together

30mins semi-private sessions with a fun bunch of like-minded ladies, each session is designed for the ladies booked in (think personalised training on a smaller budget), all levels of fitness & skill can join as variations given so that we stick together as a team but you workout at your level.  These sessions are deliberately kept small so you get form checks, motivation, and a personal feel without the pressure. We mix functional strength training, pilates-inspired movement, and boxing fitness.  PLUS all our ladies on weekly memberships also get access to our online members portal FREE! And all that mindset goodness, support & motivation from our Telegram chat group too

Membership options start from $45 per week, or casual is $28 per session.

Online Membership

This is perfect for those on a smaller budget, unable to attend the studio in person, or if you're wanting to feel a bit fitter before joining us in-studio.

What’s inside this membership? Think 5–30 minute workout videos you can follow along to, recipes & meal plans made with real foods that are simple, nutritious, and delicious. You’ll also get loads of resources to support you at all different life stages (menstrual, pre/postnatal, peri & post menopause), mindset tools and guides to help create new habits and thoughts to support that next-level you, and of course, our Telegram chat group, so you literally have me (Mel) in your pocket — plus an amazing group of like-minded ladies cheering you on.

This is so much more than just a program and being left to it — I wanted to create something more than what’s out there. This is all the good stuff I’ve personally used to keep stepping up into the next-level me — creating a woman I love unconditionally, who feels vibrant, energised, confident, and certain in who she is unapologetically.

This is more than just exercise — it’s about building the mindset, the habits, and those feel-good vibes that help you show up as the amazing woman you deserve to be. And knowing you have a real person right there to ask questions, celebrate wins, share challenges — with absolutely no judgement, just support and feel-good energy.

Online membership is just $20 per week, with the option to add 1-on-1 support with Mel for extra guidance and motivation.
