Service Description
No mirrors. No judgment. Just a group of women turning up, moving their bodies and getting stronger one rep at a time. We use weights, bands and functional movements that actually support you in everyday life (like lifting kids, groceries, and confidence!). Perfect for beginners and those wanting to level up without a scary gym vibe. We train smart, not punishing - and you WILL feel the difference each week.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling To respect time and fairness for all clients: Cancellations are required at least 12 hours before your appointment or class. Changes or reschedules must be made at least 6 hours prior to your session. Late cancellations, missed sessions or ‘no shows’ will be charged or forfeited, depending on your pass, booking plan or membership. Please ensure to show up with ample time to find parking and be in studio 5mins prior to session start time.
