Service Description
A mat-based Pilates-style session designed for women who want to feel stronger from the inside out - especially pelvic floor, posture and lower back support. Ideal for postpartum, women with hip/knee niggles or just needing something that feels right rather than hard. We go slow and intentional (but don’t worry, your core will definitely feel it!). Relaxed vibes, small numbers, tailored to YOUR range. Perfect for reset days.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling To respect time and fairness for all clients: Cancellations are required at least 12 hours before your appointment or class. Changes or reschedules must be made at least 6 hours prior to your session. Late cancellations, missed sessions or ‘no shows’ will be charged or forfeited, depending on your pass, booking plan or membership. Please ensure to show up with ample time to find parking and be in studio 5mins prior to session start time.
